By accessing and using the FC Rosengård website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

When purchasing tickets through our website:

• All sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled
• Tickets are non-transferable unless specifically permitted
• We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased through unauthorized means
• You must present valid identification matching the ticket holder's name at the venue
• The club reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone violating stadium rules

For merchandise purchases:

• All prices are in SEK and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of FC Rosengård or its content suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

All visitors to Malmö IP must:

• Follow all instructions from stewards and security personnel
• Not bring prohibited items including weapons, fireworks, or illegal substances
• Not engage in discriminatory, racist, or violent behavior
• Not invade the pitch or throw objects onto the playing surface
• Consent to bag searches and security checks upon entry
• All kind of smoking is prohibited at Malmö IP
• You must leave your bike outside of Malmö IP
• Political messages are prohibited
• Flags without connection to the team/players are prohibited
• Malmö IP is covered by both photography and video recording. This means that you can be included in the material that is captured during the match, and which can be used by FC Rosengård for the purpose of marketing the club, OBOS Damallsvenskan or women's football in general in various ways.
• Only accredited photographers are allowed to take photographs with system cameras or other similar equipment in connection with the matches.
• All visitors must follow the general rules regarding the arena and OBOS Damallsvenskan, which are displayed at all entrances.

FC Rosengård shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant ticket or merchandise.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malmö, Sweden.
